Every access to our website and every request of data and files is recorded. This serves exclusively system- and statistics-related purposes. We record: the name of the retrieved file, the date and time of the request, the transfer volume, the status of the request, the used web browser and the name of the requesting domain. In addition to this the IP-address of the requesting computer is recorded. Further personal data is only being recorded when it is entered on a voluntary, deliberate basis as part of a request or registration.

2. Usage and transfer of personal data

We will only use the personal data that you share with us to fulfil your requests, to fulfil our commitments as part of an agreement between us and for technical administration. We will only pass on data to third parties, if this is necessary for the implementation of an agreement - especially the transmission of data to a distributor/supplied after receiving an order, for billing purposes or if you explicitly agreed to this in advance. You have the right to revoke such an agreement at any time.

3. Right of access

Upon submission of a written request we will inform you about any data that we stored about you.
